August Briggs Wine Club Member Library Wine Dinner
Hello Wine Club Members!
By now most of you should have received your Spring 2013 Wine Club shipment featuring our elegant 2011 pinot noirs. You might also be wondering what these wines will taste like if you lay them down
for three to six years. Even better, wouldn't it be fun to taste some of those wines that have already been aged?
Well, you are invited to do just that at our annual Library Wine Dinner.
This year we are hosting the dinner at Cindy Pawlcyn's Wood Grill & Wine Bar
(of the famed Napa Valley restaurant, Mustards) in St. Helena.
They have a four course menu especially created to pair with some library vintages of our wine. We can't wait!
The evening will begin at 6:00pm with a sparkling wine reception.
We will then move into the Chef's Room for our meal and wine pairing.
Reservations are required as seating is limited. $100 per person.
